Hands-On Activities

The following activities have been developed for the classroom by EIR engineer-educator teams. They include comprehensive instructions on implementing activities (materials, prep. time, etc.) as well as specific curriculum links (grade level, relevant curriculum strand, overall & specific expectations, and assessment categories). They are sortable both by grade and relevant curriculum strand.

For Grade 9-12 activities, please see our Ontario Curriculum Alignment for EIR Secondary Classroom Activities document for relevant overall and specific expectations.
